Terms of Service & Subscription Policy

Welcome to Eternally Attuned. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and mobile app (together, the "Site"), membership, digital products, and related services operated by Eternally Attuned LLC.

By accessing or using our Site, purchasing products, or signing up for a membership subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or purchase our services.

Ownership of Site and Services

This website and its mobile applications are operated by Eternally Attuned LLC, a California limited liability company. Rights in the content are described in Section 5.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. To access certain features or purchase subscriptions, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure.

2. Description of Services & Products

Eternally Attuned LLC provides digital self-alignment products, spiritual literature, workbooks (including Soul Reset, Shadow Work for Beginners, and the 7-Day Soul Alignment Journey), guided meditation audio and video, an interactive AI Spirit Guide ("The One") powered by Google Gemini, and community membership subscriptions (Circle of One).

3. Subscription Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Please read this section carefully, as it governs all financial commitments made on our Site:

• Subscription Model: Membership renews automatically at the price and billing interval shown when you subscribe unless canceled before renewal. Website payments are processed by Stripe; in-app purchases are billed through Apple or Google. Any applicable trial, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Price changes are subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a one-time digital purchase made on our website, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@eternallyattuned.com with your purchase email and available order details. Feedback is welcome but is not required. Approved website refunds are submitted through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing commonly takes 5–10 business days after submission but can vary. Mobile purchases follow the separate process below.
• Circle of One Membership: Eligible website subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial when shown at checkout. Trial availability and eligibility may differ by platform or previous subscription history. A trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the deadline shown by your billing provider. Membership payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or the applicable store's policies. Cancellation stops future renewals, not a charge already incurred.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancel a website subscription through the billing portal in your account. For help, email support@eternallyattuned.com; support requests require processing, so use the portal to cancel before an imminent renewal. Cancel Apple or Google subscriptions in that store's subscription settings. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not by itself cancel a store subscription.
• Access After Cancellation: For a normal cancellation of a paid subscription, access continues through the paid period confirmed by your billing provider. Trial access ends according to that provider's terms. Refunds, payment reversals, or account deletion may end access earlier. Check your provider's cancellation confirmation for the effective end date.
• Mobile App Purchases: Apple handles App Store refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com under its refund rules; we cannot issue an Apple refund directly. For Google Play, request a refund through Google or contact us with your receipt. We honor our 30-day guarantee for one-time Google Play purchases through the Google Play refund process. Store eligibility, processing times, trial offers, and cancellation deadlines are governed by the terms displayed by the store. See our Refund Policy for instructions.
• Refund Limits and Consumer Rights: Our voluntary guarantee does not cover requests outside 30 days or demonstrably fraudulent or abusive claims. Downloading or trying a product alone does not disqualify you. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights, remedies for faulty or misdescribed products, or rights under applicable store policies. See our full Refund Policy.

4. Spiritual, Wellness, & Educational Disclaimers

Eternally Attuned LLC is dedicated to providing high-quality tools for personal growth. However, please note the following critical disclaimers:

• Not Medical or Psychological Advice: The Site, programs, audio recordings, workbooks, and interactive AI Spirit Guide (The One) are designed for educational, personal development, and spiritual alignment purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, psychiatric diagnosis, therapeutic treatment, or psychological counseling of any kind.
• No Licensed Professionals: The founder, Marc Palotai, and the staff of Eternally Attuned LLC are not licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, or medical professionals.

5. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

Content on this Site—including books, workbook exercises, meditation audio, graphics, logos, and code—is owned by Eternally Attuned LLC or used under permission or license from the relevant rights holders. Copyright, trademark, and other protections apply only to the extent recognized by applicable law.

Publication or distribution credits do not expand the scope of legal protection. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights and licenses.

A purchase gives you access for personal, non-commercial use; it does not transfer ownership of intellectual property. We do not claim exclusive rights in public-domain material, unprotectable ideas, or other material that applicable law does not protect.

Except as permitted by applicable law (including fair use) or an applicable license, you may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit protected materials without permission from the relevant rights holder.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eternally Attuned LLC, its members, managers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, the AI Spirit Guide, our products, or your inability to access our services. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the specific service or product in question during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of your relationship with Eternally Attuned LLC shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Joaquin County, California (or the municipal jurisdiction of Stockton, CA).
