Refund Policy

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a digital book, audiobook, guided meditation, or any other one-time digital product from eternallyattuned.com and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Approved website refunds are submitted through Stripe to your original payment method. Bank processing commonly takes 5–10 business days after submission, but timing varies. Mobile app and third-party purchases follow the separate rules below.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@eternallyattuned.com within 30 days of purchase with:

• The email address used at checkout
• The order or receipt number (if you have it)
• The product you'd like refunded
• An optional note about why — feedback is welcome, but not required

We review requests manually and will confirm the outcome by email. A request sent within the 30-day window remains timely even if our review takes longer. Submission to the payment provider and posting to your account are separate steps; we cannot guarantee bank or store processing times. Never email your full card number or account password.

Circle of One Membership

Eligible website subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial when shown at checkout. Trial eligibility, duration, renewal price, and cancellation deadlines are shown by your billing provider and may differ by platform or subscription history. Cancel before that deadline to avoid the next charge. Membership payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or applicable store policies. For a normal cancellation, paid access continues through the confirmed paid period; refunds, payment reversals, or account deletion may end access earlier.

Cancel website subscriptions through your account's billing portal. Contact support if you need help, but use the portal for an imminent renewal because email requests require processing. Cancel Apple or Google subscriptions in the store's subscription settings. Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not by itself cancel a store subscription. Cancellation does not automatically refund a charge already incurred.

Purchases Made in the Mobile App

Purchases made through the mobile app's in-app checkout are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), rather than Stripe. Use the billing provider on your receipt to determine the refund process:

• App Store (iPhone & iPad): Apple handles all App Store refunds directly and we are unable to issue them ourselves. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple determines eligibility and timing under its policies and applicable law; our website guarantee does not override Apple's process.
• Google Play (Android): Request a refund through Google Play under its current refund rules, or email us with your purchase email and Google Play order number at support@eternallyattuned.com and we'll honor our 30-day guarantee on one-time purchases by refunding you through Google Play.

For purchases through Amazon or another third-party retailer, contact that retailer and follow its refund policy. Website and app purchases are separate from purchases through those retailers.

What's Not Covered

• Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
• Past monthly Circle of One membership payments (cancel anytime to stop future renewals).
• Demonstrably fraudulent or abusive claims. Downloading or trying a product alone does not disqualify you from the guarantee.

These limits apply to our voluntary guarantee, not to rights you have under applicable law or store policies. Nothing here excludes mandatory refunds or remedies for faulty or misdescribed products. After a refund, access to the refunded purchase may be revoked; the refund does not grant continued use or redistribution rights.
