1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide, information created when you use our services, and technical information from our website and mobile applications, including:

• Account and contact information: Name, email address, physical address, phone number, authentication information, and other details you provide when registering an account, purchasing products, subscribing to newsletters, or contacting us.
• Website transactions: Website payments and subscription billing are processed by Stripe. We may receive transaction, subscription, order, product, amount, status, and billing/contact details from Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
• Mobile transactions: Apple App Store and Google Play handle payments for purchases made in the mobile applications. RevenueCat receives and helps us manage mobile purchase transaction identifiers, subscription status, and entitlement information. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers for mobile purchases.
• The One conversation history: Prompts, questions, responses, and related information you submit to our AI Spirit Guide (The One). If you use The One while signed in, we save conversation history to your account. We send the current conversation and relevant saved conversation history to Google Gemini to provide context and generate responses. Google Gemini's handling of that information is also governed by Google's policies.
• Community and service activity: Public forum posts and replies, reading progress, bookmarks or similar reading activity, preferences, support communications, and other information you choose to provide. Public forum posts may be viewed by others and may contain information you disclose about yourself.
• Mobile device and offline information: Device and app information, and an Expo push notification token if you enable push notifications. Books, audio, generated meditations, and other files saved for offline use may be stored locally on your device; local offline files are not necessarily uploaded to us.
• Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device or app information, pages and products viewed, referring URLs, event information, and other diagnostic data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you use the website or mobile applications.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve our website, mobile applications, products, and services.
• Register and authenticate accounts, process website and mobile transactions, manage subscriptions and entitlements, and deliver digital downloads (such as Soul Reset, Shadow Work for Beginners, and guided meditations).
• Save and display The One conversation history and send relevant history and new prompts to Google Gemini so The One can respond with context.
• Save and synchronize reading progress and preferences, provide forum features, and send push notifications when you enable them.
• Understand how people use our website and measure page, product, cart, checkout, and purchase activity through analytics and advertising tools.
• Communicate with you, send transactional emails (order confirmations and billing notifications), send marketing communications and newsletters, and respond to support requests. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Service Providers & Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell personal information for money. The website does use third-party analytics and advertising technologies, and we disclose information to service providers and other parties as described below. These currently include:

• Stripe: Website payment processing, checkout, and subscription billing.
• Apple App Store and Google Play: Mobile-app payment processing and purchase records under their respective policies.
• RevenueCat: Mobile purchase transaction identifiers, subscription information, and entitlements used to manage mobile access.
• Replit: Website hosting, application infrastructure, and data storage.
• Google Gemini (Google LLC): Processes prompts and relevant saved conversation history sent as context to power our AI Spirit Guide (The One) and generate certain content.
• Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads: Website analytics, advertising measurement, and conversion reporting. These services may receive website event and technical information through tags, cookies, and similar technologies.
• Reddit: Reddit Pixel advertising measurement and conversion reporting when you enable advertising cookies. Reddit may receive page-visit and verified purchase event information, including currency, value, and transaction identifiers, through its pixel.
• Expo push notification services: Delivery of push notifications to mobile devices when you enable them, using the device's push token.
• Resend: Delivery of transactional and marketing emails.
• Clerk: Account registration, authentication, and login security.

Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Stripe, and the other providers have their own privacy policies, retention practices, and legal obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Necessary cookies and local storage support functions such as sign-in, your cart, security, payments, and remembering your privacy choices. Optional analytics and advertising are off by default on our website. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 and our analytics tools may measure website activity. If you allow advertising, Google Ads and Reddit Pixel may measure advertising conversions. These tools may receive browser, device, page, referrer, product, cart, checkout, and verified purchase information, including product values and transaction identifiers, according to the categories you allow.

You can accept or reject optional tracking, or choose analytics and advertising separately. Use "Cookie settings" in the website footer to change or withdraw your choice at any time. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent shopping or signing in. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days, after which we ask again. Clearing browser storage, changing browsers, or using another device may require a new choice. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional advertising disabled.

Withdrawing permission stops future optional tracking for that category and removes accessible analytics or advertising cookies associated with it, including Reddit Pixel's accessible first-party cookies. The page may reload to stop a previously loaded tracking tool, so finish any unsaved activity first. Withdrawal does not undo information already sent, and we cannot directly remove cookies or records held on another provider's domain. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although blocking necessary cookies may affect site functions. Google and Reddit offer additional advertising settings and opt-out tools.

5. Data Security & Retention

We use safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, and disclosure. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Account, conversation, forum, transaction, reading-progress, and preference records may be retained on an ongoing basis while needed to operate your account and provide the services. Retention depends on the record type and its purpose, including security, legal obligations, accounting, and disputes. See the deletion process and exceptions below. Third-party providers and mobile platforms retain information under their own policies, and local offline files may remain on your device until you remove them.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and to make choices about marketing communications and certain tracking technologies. We will consider requests as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity.

• Access & Correction: You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you.
• Marketing: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link. Transactional messages may still be sent when needed to provide a service or complete a transaction.
• Account deletion: Use our Delete Account page or contact us to request deletion. Account deletion deletes your chats and linked records from our account systems as part of the deletion process. Public forum posts remain, but their association with your account is removed; they may still contain information you disclosed about yourself. Downloads and other offline files may remain on your device and must be removed there. Records held by Stripe, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, email providers, or other third parties are handled under their own policies and may not be deleted by our account-deletion process.

7. Children's Privacy

Our website, mobile applications, and products are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take steps to remove it.
