Daily Affirmation: Finding Balance Within Life's Duality

The good and the bad are both unavoidable. A world made only of good wouldn't be possible—not physically, not mentally, not spiritually—because you simply can't have one without the other, the same way you can't have order without chaos, or yin without yang. I think it's always wise to remember to strive for balance within all of it.
